Registered Nurse - Hospice

 

Responsible for intake, visiting patients for initial assessment, then coordinating and case managing the care with the field nurses from the main office.  Will also be responsible for preparing for accreditation.  Will consult with pharmacists and physicians regarding patient care.

 

Minimum Requirements: Current RN license and hospice nursing experience. Must be authorized to work in the United States.

 

Pay rate depends on experience.
