3 Staff Pharmacists needed in hospital pharmacies in the NW valley of Phoenix.

 

Your choice of shifts:

2:30pm-11:00pm

12:30 PM - 11:00 PM (working 4 ten hour shifts with weekend rotation every third weekend)

or varied shift hours available as well

 

Responsibilities:

Under the direct supervision of the Manager, Pharmacy Services, and/or designee, with wide latitude for independent decision-making, practices within the limits of hospital policy, accepted standards, professional pharmacy practice and State and Federal Law. Applies the pharmacy process to provide timely and accurate compounding, dispensing and evaluation of patient's pharmacy care needs in a manner that is consistent with the hospital's mission statement. This position provides a high level of quality service to patients of all ages found within the scope of services.
 

Requirements:

Requires licensure as a Registered Pharmacist in the State of Arizona. Requires a B.S. or Pharm.D. degree from an accredited college of Pharmacy. Pharmacist position prefers a minimum of one year hospital experience. Ability to clearly speak, write and understand verbal and written English. Selected skills/credentials as defined by the department's scope of services.
